About the Office
Tax Collector Scott Randolph
Scott Randolph was elected Orange County Tax Collector in November 2012 and reelected in 2016 and 2020. Prior to becoming the Orange County Tax Collector, Mr. Randolph represented Orange County residents in the Florida Legislature where he served as a senior member of the Finance and Tax Committee. As an attorney and legislator, Mr. Randolph brings extensive experience in state and local tax policy to the Orange County Tax Collector’s office.
In the seven years that Mr. Randolph has served as Tax Collector, he’s implemented new technologies to improve customer service, streamlined the office’s budget, returned millions of dollars back to taxpayers and fought to protect small businesses, churches, and non-profits from unfair tax penalties.
